Custom website
A website built to your spec. No build fee, ever.
Multi-page, built around the work you actually do and the towns you actually cover. We build it, we keep it running, and we change it the day you ask.
Ridgeline Heat & Air is a made-up company. Every name, number and message in this example is invented to show how the product works.
What you are buying
Not a template with your logo dropped on it.
- Multi-page
- Your services
- Your towns
- Written for you
- Structured for search
- Changed the same day
Most small business sites are one page pretending to be eight.
Yours gets a real page for each job you sell and a real page for each town you cover, because that is what a search engine needs and it is also what a person standing in the problem needs. Everything on it points at one thing: the phone getting answered.
Built to your spec. You tell us the jobs and the towns, the photos you want on it, and anything you want worded a certain way. We build that, then you approve it.
Run through our quality standard. Speed, readable type, working links, real headings, the markup search engines read. Every page, every time.
Conversion-focused, in plain terms. Short sentences, a number that dials, and one obvious thing to do on every page.
Before and after
The same company, built twice.
One is the kind of site a business ends up with after ten years of adding one more thing to it. The other is the same company built the way this page is built. Both are drawn here in HTML. Neither one is a screenshot.
BeforeAdded to for a decade
AfterRebuilt by hand, same address
Drag the handle, or tab to it and use the arrow keys.
What the old one does
- The number is printed, not tappable. On a phone it does nothing.
- Eight links to one page about everything, so it ranks for nothing.
- Every word of it was true in 2014, and some of it still is.
What the new one does
- The number is a real button, not a line of text. Tapping it dials.
- A block per job, with a page behind each one and a page per town.
- The reviews sit on the page instead of two clicks and a search away.

Examples
One business, any way you want it.
A site should look like the business it belongs to, and most owners want to see a few ways it could go before they pick one. Here is the same company and the same build standard drawn three ways, in HTML, the way everything else on this page is drawn.
Three directions for one business. Not client sites.

Same-day edits
You ask. It changes today.
No ticket queue. No change order. No waiting for a monthly update window. A price moved, a truck added, a town added, a photo swapped: you text it and it goes on the site that day.
01You send a text.
Tuesday
Can we swap the homepage headline to say we do commercial jobs too? Owner asked about it twice this week.
On it. Anything else while it is open?
Add the Bella Vista service area while you are in there.
Both are live. Take a look.
02The page changes the same day.

What's inside
Everything the site needs to do its job.
-
A page for every job you sell
Not one page with eight headings on it. A real page per service, so somebody searching for that one job lands on the thing they searched for.
-
A page for every town you cover
Your service area written out town by town, with the work you do there. This is the part most small business sites never get around to.
-
The words written for you
You tell us the jobs and the towns, plus anything you want said a certain way. We write the rest and you approve it before it goes up.
-
Structured for search and for AI answer engines
Headings in order, page titles that say what the page is, and the machine-readable markup that search engines and AI answer engines read when they decide what your business does.
-
Built to load on a bad signal
Your customer is standing in the problem, on a phone, with two bars. The page that finishes loading first is the one that gets the call.
-
A phone number that dials
Tap to call on every screen, forms that land in your dashboard, and the chat widget on the corner of every page.
-
Kept running after launch
A site nobody looks after quietly rots. Broken links, stale hours, a number that changed two years ago. We watch it so that does not happen.
-
Changed the day you ask
Text the change. No ticket queue, no change order, no waiting until the next release.
Questions
What owners ask about the site.
Who owns the site?
Your domain is yours. So is every word and every photo on the site, start to finish. We build and run the site itself on our end, the same way your phone system runs on equipment you do not own.
What if I cancel but want to keep the site?
You can buy it out for a one-time fee equal to three months of the website's monthly price, and it becomes yours to host wherever you like. If you cancel and do not buy it out, the site comes down. Your domain is still yours that same afternoon.
How fast are changes made?
Same day you ask, on a normal business day. Send a text or an email with the change. You do not fill out a form and you do not wait for a monthly update window.
Do you move my current site over?
We rebuild it rather than move it. We read what you have, keep the parts that are working, and write the rest fresh. Your domain points at the new site the day it goes live, so nobody looking for you gets lost.

Cancel but keep a custom website: a one-time fee equal to three months of the website's monthly price. Essentials sites are templates and are not bought out.
No setup fee on any monthly price.
Included in
The Everything tier
The custom site is what the Everything tier gets instead of the template. On Core or Growth you can add it for the difference. The whole ladder is on the pricing page with the arithmetic shown.
