Questions

Ask it before you call.

These are the questions owners ask on the first call, answered here so you do not have to make the call to get them answered.

Cost

What it costs

What does it cost?

Core is our starting point, at $547/mo. It covers the phone, the reviews, the website chat widget and a one page site. Growth adds ads and local search, and Everything adds a custom site and social content. On Growth and Everything you also pay Google and Meta directly for the ads themselves. For everything else, the plans side by side, the services on their own and the terms, visit our pricing page.

Why not the cheaper software?

Thryv and Vendasta both publish a starting price around $99/mo, and that price buys software you log into and run yourself. The moment you want a person doing the work instead of you, the price in this market moves into a different band. That gap is the whole question.

The long answer, point by point

  • Thryv and Vendasta both publish a starting price around $99/mo. Both are real products, and plenty of businesses get good use out of them.
  • What that price buys is software: a login, a place for your contacts to live, and the tools to work them.
  • Somebody still has to open it. Somebody has to write the review request, build the campaign, work the old customer list and pick up the phone at seven on a Friday night. At that starting price, that somebody is you.
  • The moment a person is doing that work instead of you, the published prices in this market leave the software band completely. It is not one step up the same ladder. It is a different kind of product, with a payroll behind it.
  • With us, the same kind of tools are already being run. Review requests going out, campaigns live, the old list being worked, the phone answered around the clock with a recording of what was said.
  • That gap is what you are paying for. Not the dashboard. You could rent a dashboard for the price of a phone bill. What costs money is the work inside it getting done whether or not you had the time.
  • Our prices are published on the pricing page, so you can put the two side by side yourself.

Contracts

Signing and stopping

Is there a contract?

Month to month, cancel any time. You are billed for the month you are in, and when you stop, that is where it ends. Two things carry a term. Paying for the year up front is a commitment for the whole year: cancel early and you pay half of what is left on it. And a custom website has a buyout, but only if you cancel and want to keep the site.

Can I cancel?

Any month, on the month to month plan. Tell us, and we stop at the end of the month you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee and no retention call to sit through. On the annual plan the year is a commitment: cancel before it is up and you pay half of what is left on it. If you have a custom website you want to keep, there is a one time buyout equal to three months of the website's monthly price.

What if it doesn't work for me?

Then you stop, and you are out one month. It is month to month and you can cancel any month. The phone number the assistant answers and the records it keeps live in our platform, so they stay with the platform when you go. We hold your information for ninety days in case you come back, use it for nothing else, and delete it after that. We are not going to tell you it will work, because we do not know your market or your crew. What we will do is put every call, every text and every review in front of you as it happens, so you can judge it long before a year goes by.

The phone

Who picks up

Is it really AI answering my phone?

Calls are answered by a virtual assistant that says so at the start of every call. It handles the routine part well: what is wrong, where you are, what your schedule has open. Anyone who wants a person gets routed to one. Anything urgent or unusual is escalated rather than handled. Calls are recorded, with notice, so you can hear exactly what was said on your behalf. You can call (479) 580-8385 right now and hear it for yourself.

Getting started

The first weeks

What happens in the first month?

The first month is billed the day you sign, and that month is the build. It starts with an onboarding call, where we go over what to expect and what we need from you. Then we set up your number, your assistant, your review flow and whatever site you are on, while you keep working. You do not set anything up yourself. Texting switches on once the carriers approve your business. Usually a few days, sometimes a few weeks. We file it the day you sign.

Do I have to touch anything?

Not much, and not on a schedule. The onboarding call is where we get real answers about what you do, what you charge and when you work, and we do the setting up. After that it runs. Appointments land on your calendar and you approve the odd thing we send over. You can be in the dashboard every day if you like it there, and nothing breaks if you never open it.

What if I already have a website?

That is one of the things we talk through on the onboarding call: keeping the website you have, with the assistant and the chat widget pointed at it, or moving to one of ours with the automation built in. It is decided case by case, on what your site does today and what you want from it. Nothing gets replaced because we felt like replacing it.

Where we work

Who and where

Do you work outside Arkansas?

From Rogers, Arkansas. Clients anywhere with a phone and an internet connection. None of this needs us standing in your shop. The only part that is actually local is the map and directory work, and that is tied to your address, not to ours.

Who am I actually working with?

One person, from Rogers, Arkansas, who ran a residential and commercial property maintenance company before this one. Not a call center. Not an account manager who changes every quarter. When you send a message, that is who reads it and that is who writes back.

Questions about one service in particular are answered on that service's own page, and the money questions are all on pricing.
