Information we collect
- Information you give us. If you contact us or submit a form on this site, we collect what you provide. Typically your name, company name, phone number, email address, and your message.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability.
- Information a client asks us to process. Businesses that hire us may send us their own customer records. A contact export used to build a reactivation campaign, say, or the job records that trigger a review request. We act on that client's instructions, use those records only to run the service they hired us for, and keep each client's records separate from every other client's. We will sign a non-disclosure agreement on request before a client sends us anything. If a client decides not to go ahead, we delete what they sent us. If the engagement ends, we hold our copy for ninety days in case they come back, use it for nothing else, and delete it after that.
- Calls and texts to our number. Our phone is answered by a virtual assistant that says so at the start of the call. The call is recorded after that notice. The recording, a transcript of it and any texts you send us are kept in our platform so a person can follow up on what you asked.

Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to receive text messages from us, we use your phone number solely to send the messages you signed up for. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get assistance by replying HELP. Full details are in our SMS Terms.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS consent are not sold, rented, or shared with any third party for their own marketing. Sharing with subcontractors who provide support services on our behalf — such as the messaging platform that delivers the texts — is permitted solely so those messages can be sent, and those providers may not use your number for any purpose of their own.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, and then delete it.
For clients the rule is the one in our Terms: when you leave, your information is held for ninety days in case you come back, used for nothing else, and deleted after that.
Data security
We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. This site is served entirely over encrypted HTTPS connections, so anything you submit through our forms is encrypted in transit. Access to the systems that hold customer information is limited to authorized personnel and protected by strong authentication, and we select service providers based in part on their own security practices.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information we cannot promise absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
Your choices
- You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us.
- You may opt out of analytics cookies using the Google tool linked above.
- You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above.
