What does Southgate actually do for me?
We run the customer side of your business. Your phone, your texts and your website chat get answered around the clock. Every customer gets asked for a review and every review gets a reply. Depending on the tier we also build your website, keep your listings current and run your ads. You keep doing the work.
Do I have to learn any software?
No. Nothing changes about how you work. You get a login if you ever want to watch the calls and appointments come in, but you never have to open it. Anything that needs you reaches you by text or email.
What happens to my current phone number?
You keep it. We point it at a number we set up, so calls reach the assistant first and reach you the way you tell us to after that. The number on your truck and your listings never changes. If you ever leave, we hand it straight back.
Can I start with just one service?
Yes. Every service has a published price and can be bought on its own. Most owners start with the receptionist, because the call nobody picks up is the one that keeps you up at night. You can add anything else whenever you want, and any service can be added to any tier.
How fast is this up and running?
Your first month is the build. The phone can be answering inside the first week. The website and the listings take longer because they need your details and your photos. Texting switches on once the carriers approve your business. Usually a few days, sometimes a few weeks. We file it the day you sign.
