Call it. You’ll hear the product.
This is the same number that sits in the header of every page. It is answered by the thing we sell, so the quickest way to judge us is to pick up your phone.
The line
(479) 580-8385Answered around the clock by Savannah, a virtual assistant. A person calls you back.
- Answered every hour
- Recorded, with notice
- Ask for a person any time
Write it down
Tell us what is going on.
Write it down here and a person writes back. If you have already read the prices and something looks right, say which one and we start there.
It helps to mention
- What you want handled first
- Whether anybody answers the phone today
- How you get work now, roughly
None of it is homework. If you have none of it, write anyway.
-
A person reads it
Whether you call or write, what you said lands with a person, not a queue. The receptionist takes the call and puts it in front of us, and we call you back.
Not a call center
-
Ten minutes tells us if it fits
The first conversation is about your business and what you want handled first, not about us. Ten minutes is usually enough to know whether this is a fit.
About your business
-
The prices are already published
There is nothing to negotiate and no slide deck. If one of the plans is right for you, we start there. If none of it fits what you need, we say so.
We say so if it does not fit
Questions
About reaching us.
Will a real person call me back?
Yes. The receptionist takes the call, gets what is going on and puts it in front of me. Then I call you back myself. Nothing about that hand off is hidden from you: the assistant says what it is at the start of the call.
What are your hours?
The phone is answered around the clock, every day of the week, including the hours nobody wants to work. A person follows up. We do not publish office hours, because the line does not keep any.
