Pricing

One flat price. Every part of it published.

You are buying a team that runs the customer side of your business. The phone gets answered. The review gets asked for. The follow up happens whether or not you got round to it.

Every number is on this page so you can add it up yourself before you talk to anyone. What a plan costs, what each piece costs on its own, what we never mark up.

The three plans

Pick the one that matches where you are.

  • No setup fee

Services

Or buy one thing.

Nobody has to take a plan. Every service has a price of its own and runs on its own. The scope line under each one says where it stops, and the chip says which plans already include it.

  • AI Receptionist + Texting

    In every plan

The phone picked up around the clock, your texts answered, and the website chat handled while the customer is still interested.

Phone, texts and website chat. Missed-call text back and speed-to-lead texting are included and never sold alone.

  • Google Review Automation

    In every plan

Every finished job turns into a review request, and every review that lands gets a written response posted under it.

Per location. Includes review responses written and posted.

  • Local SEO

    In Growth and Everything

Your profile and your listings say the same thing everywhere somebody might look for you.

Google Business Profile and directory listings. No blog content, no link outreach, no technical site SEO.

  • Essentials Website

    In Core and Growth

One page that loads fast, says what you do and gives people a way to call you today.

One page plus privacy and terms, from a template. Unbranded.

  • Custom Website

    In Everything

A site built to your spec, in your words, with edits made the same day you ask for them.

Multi-page, built to your spec. No build fee, ever. On Core or Growth, swap the essentials page for this one for +$300/mo. That brings the website line to $397/mo.

Cancel but keep a custom website: a one-time fee equal to three months of the website's monthly price. Essentials sites are templates and are not bought out.

  • Ads Management

    In Growth and Everything

Campaigns built and then actually watched, with the money going straight from you to the platform.

Ad spend is paid direct to Google and Meta on your own card. $50/day minimum. Never marked up.

$647/mo + ad spend See what is included
  • Social Content

    In Everything

A month of posts written and scheduled so the profile is not sitting there dead when somebody checks it.

Posts created and scheduled. No community management, no original shoots.

  • Database Reactivation

    Add to any plan

Your old customer list gets worked, one text at a time, until the people who are ready book something.

On any tier, the $997 build fee is waived. The $97 per booked appointment is never waived. Bought on its own, reactivation is $997 to build, plus $97 per booked appointment.

The terms, in plain English

What you are agreeing to.

Billing
Month to month from day one. No minimum term.
The first month
The first month is billed the day you sign. That month is the build.
Setup fee
No setup fee on any monthly price.
Paying yearly
20% off if paid annually. Paying for the year is a commitment: once you are on the annual plan, you stay on it for the year. You can still change tiers or add and remove services along the way. Remove a service and the unused part of the year is refunded. Add one and you pay only for the part of the year that is left. Cancel before the year is up and you pay half of what is left on it.
Ad spend
Ad spend is $50/day minimum, about $1,500/mo, billed by Google and Meta to your own card. Never touched, never marked up.
Keeping the website
Cancel but keep a custom website: a one-time fee equal to three months of the website's monthly price. Essentials sites are templates and are not bought out.
No shows
A no-show or cancellation is not billed if you flag it within one week.
More than one location
Each additional location is half the tier price. Three or more, or a franchise, is quoted.
Mixing and matching
Any service can be added to any tier.

Growth all in is about your fees plus your ad spend. Roughly half of what leaves your account each month goes to Google and Meta, not to us.

The obvious question

Why not the cheaper software?

Thryv and Vendasta both start around $99/mo. That buys software you log into and run yourself. The price jumps the moment a person runs it for you. That gap is what you are paying for.

  • You get some of what we offer, and you still do the work.

  • We do the work. You see it in your dashboard.

  • Every extra feature is an add-on, and those costs add up fast.

Still working it out

Pricing questions.

Is the first month really billed before anything is live?

Yes, and we would rather say that plainly than surprise you with it. The first month is billed the day you sign, and that month is the build. Your number, your assistant, your review flow and your site all get set up inside it. There is not much to look at in week one. By week two there is.

What counts as ad spend and who pays it?

Ad spend is the money Google and Meta charge to actually show your ads. It is billed by them, to your own card, and we never handle it or take a cut of it. Our fee for building and running the campaigns is the published price, and it does not move when your spend moves. The terms page names the one ceiling on that.

What if I have two locations?

Each additional location is half the tier price, added to what you already pay. Three or more locations, or a franchise, we quote, because past two the work stops being a copy of the first one.

Can I move between tiers?

Any month, either direction, by sending us a message. The new price starts on your next billing date. If you move down and something you were using is not in the smaller plan, we tell you exactly what stops before it stops.

Is there a discount for paying yearly?

Twenty percent off if you pay for the year up front. Flip the toggle above the plan cards and the figures change to what that works out to per month and for the year. Paying yearly is a commitment for the whole year, so pick it only once you are sure. You can still change tiers or add and remove services inside that year. Anything you drop is refunded for the part of the year that is left, and anything you add is charged the same way. Cancel before the year is up and you pay half of what is left on it. If you would rather stay month to month, the price already on the card is that one.

Everything else people ask lives on the questions page.
