The month
You see it before it runs.
Twelve posts a month, laid out for you a month ahead. Change anything, kill anything, add the week you decided to push tune ups. Then it goes out on its own.
Every colored mark is a designed graphic. The hatched ones are where one of your own photos goes. Nothing on this calendar is a photo of a job that did not happen.

What the rattling usually is. Why the upstairs is always hotter. The stuff you explain out loud four times a week anyway.

Seasonal reminders
The first cold night, the first hot week, the spring rain. Timed to the week they matter instead of posted in the middle of nothing.

Promos when you have one
A fall tune up push, a slow week you want filled. You tell us it is on and it goes into that week.

Your reviews, set as cards
The good ones people already wrote, typeset properly, put back in front of the town that wrote them.

What this is not
Three things we will not do for this money.
Social is the easiest service to oversell, because nobody can check it. So here is the edge of it, written down, before you pay for anything.

No community management
We do not reply to comments, answer direct messages or watch mentions for you. Those come to you, in your voice, because a wrong answer in your name is worse than a slow one.

No original shoots
Nobody comes out with a camera. This price is content made from what you already have, not a production crew on your job site.

No invented job photos
We never generate a picture of work that did not happen and post it as yours. When you have sent us nothing, you get a designed post: a seasonal picture or a plain graphic with the tip on it, never a fake photo of your work.
That last one is not a technical limit. It is a rule. A photo of work that never happened is a lie told in your name, and it is your license and your reputation standing behind it, not ours.
Approval
Two buttons, and you are done.
Every post sits in your dashboard before it goes out, exactly as it will look. Say it is fine or say change it. That is the whole job on your end.

Questions
What owners ask about social.
Do I have to send you photos?
No. Send them when you have them and skip it when you do not. The month still fills up with designed posts, tips, seasonal reminders, your own reviews. Photos make it better, they are not the price of admission.
Will you reply to comments?
No. Replying to comments and messages is not part of this, on purpose. Those go to you, because somebody answering a question about your work in your name should be you or somebody who works for you.
Which platforms?
Facebook, Instagram and your Google Business Profile. Not TikTok, not LinkedIn, not X. Those are different jobs with different rhythms and we are not going to pretend otherwise for the same money.
Can you make photos of our work?
No, never. We do not generate job site photos and we do not pass anything off as your work that is not. When you have no photo, you get a designed post over a seasonal picture, or a plain graphic, and nobody scrolling past it is told it is your job.
